Job Description:
OLOW is looking for a candidate with high self-motivation, who implements the scholarship programme, as well as the support programme under the guidance of the Manager. Among others, the following tasks need to be fulfilled:
- Carry out socio- economic assessments, select beneficiaries based on indicators
- Conduct field visits: Plan support, monitor programmes and conduct evaluations
- Assist the team in administrative tasks
- Develop programme designs and concepts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in non-profit organization
- Solid report writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency of English language is a must (reading and writing)
- Professional use of Microsoft office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others)
- High self-motivation to fulfill a position in a non-profit organization, active, positive personality
- Two wheeler driver license
Education + Experience:
At least Bachelor degree in social work, social science, or other relevant degree
