Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new designs for applications.
- Optimize user interface designs of existing applications.
- Test for User experience.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- Provide usable template (HTML, CSS) to the development team as deliverable.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
- Hands-on experience on client-side JS scripting including libraries like JQuery, D3, Webpack, etc would be added advantage.
- Familiar with graphic design software like Photoshop, Illustrator and collaborative design tools like Figma.
- Knowledge of LESS, SASS, and SCSS.
- Experienced in providing design code for applications made with React, Angular, Node.js.
- Knowledge of Responsive Design and experience on CSS frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap.
- Knowledge/experience on Cross Browser compatibility.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master's Degree Preferable.
- 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience on UI/UX designing.
