Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that are visually appealing and intuitive for users to navigate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Translate requirements into design systems, style guides, patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Produce original graphic designs using tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Identify and resolve UX problems related to responsiveness and usability
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design improvements
- Troubleshoot UX problems and ensure designs are responsive and usable
- Continuously incorporate customer feedback and usage metrics into design improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques in UI/UX design
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong portfolio showcasing prior experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field
- More than 4 years of experience in the related field
