Job Description:
Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who has a strong understanding of design principles, an analytical mind, and a passion for understanding user needs and behavior. This person is organized, self-driven, and adept at creating functional wireframes, mock-ups, seamless workflows, and engaging aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Understand the requirement clearly, think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to interactive design.
- Work with Product Managers and Business Managers for identification and research to solve customer problems.
- Conceptualize ideas that brings simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Design wireframes and mock-ups, with feedback from the stakeholders and business users to develop engaging user interactions that excite and delight.
- Identify customer pain points in existing workflows and designs, and work for improvements in the existing functionality.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure finished products meets the market requirements.
- Work with other UI/UX Designers and Web Designers to contribute in the Design Team activities to guide and share the knowledge.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with design systems, atomic design concepts and component lifecycles.
- Must be able to translate business requirements into functional high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Analytical Skills, Detail Oriented and Good communication skills.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors in IT or Business related courses.
- Minimum 3 plus years of overall experience in the UI/UX.
