Job Description:
Plan, Install, Maintain and Support IT Hardware - servers, routers, switches, security, audio/video conferencing equipment, etc.
Coordinate with vendors (local and international) to install, maintain and troubleshoot software based solutions
Documentation related to project management & support
Report to Managing Director
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Professional certification like CCNA, MCSE, RHCE preferred
Should be prepared to work on any IT product, technology or solution with an open mind
Should be able to work independently as well as in coordination with sales/marketing/administration/finance etc.
Excellent command of English language
Driving license (two wheeler) preferably with own vehicle
Permanent resident of Kathmandu/Lalitpur
Education + Experience:
Graduate in IT preferably with Professional Certifications eg. CCNA, MCSE, RHCE etc.
At least 2 years of working experience
