Job Description:
- Involve in the design and discovery of new/existing projects.
- Oversee and lead analysis, architecture design, and document projects
- Decide the right balance for project deliverables based on resource, cost, effort, and time.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, understand the business perspective of the client, and plan product roadmap in collaboration with the project manager and the client.
- Foster global engineering culture across the company-wide.

- Well-acquainted with software compliance, policies, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud-native platforms. Expert in any one of AWS/GCP/Azure/On-Premise.
- Good knowledge of distributed systems.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages.
- Experience in multiple areas of software development: frontend, backend, database, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of various programming paradigms like OOPs, functional, static vs dynamic, weakly vs strongly, and declarative vs imperative.
- Strong foundations in data structure and algorithms.
- Experience in designing scalable SQL and NoSQL DBs.
- Demonstrable experience with application scalability, availability, and performance
- Nice to have AWS SA Certification/ Google Cloud Architect certification/ Microsoft Azure Architect.
- Good project management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and planning resources and product deliverables.
