Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Software Engineer who will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in programming, requirements gathering (FRS, SRS, etc.), and a strong technical acumen. The Senior Software Engineer will take on the responsibility of supervising and guiding the technical team while leading client implementations. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical team to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead the requirements gathering process, including Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Execute end-to-end client implementations, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering skill development and promoting best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor automation solutions to meet specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in automation, AI, and ML to continuously enhance the company's offerings.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and client implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
