Job Description:

Roles And Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and executing new business development initiatives.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Developing proposals, sales pitches, presentations, and quotes for existing and prospective clients.
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings to communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
- Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
- Thinking strategically, seeing the bigger picture, and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Increasing the value of current customers while identifying potential customers.
- Keeping up with the current industry trends locally and internationally.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu.
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, and IT fluency.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
Education + Experience:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
