Job Description:
Optimum Futurist operates in two markets - SaaS product service and Software Consulting service.
We work only and only with enterprise customers for Software consulting services.
Our ideal project manager would be a self-managed dynamic individual who is interested in working with a globally distributed team. Be available in odd hours to communicate with clients and remote developers, facilitate the work and communication between third party vendors, direct clients, and end customers.
Not in any particular order, a brief list of work you will be doing:
- Develop strategic plans to execute the project with estimations, deliverable plan
- Lead delivery of consulting services, implement project delivery, team meetings and be accountable for target goals
- Manage customer expectation, project scope, evaluate risk and issues and communicate to stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and collaborate between multiple teams
- Manage multiple programs (SaaS projects and Consulting projects)
- Develop foundational knowledge in project technologies
- Evaluate estimates provided by team members
- Work with company leaders, team leaders on establishing best practices
- Work with VP of Engineering to prepare deliverable plans, team formation for new projects. Assist in hiring, networking with potential candidates
- Contribute occasionally to company blog about our work and new technologies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have 5 years of experience
- Very fluent in English (US/UK) written and verbal communication
Education + Experience:
Must have completed Bachelor level in a related field
