Job Description:
- Work with stakeholders to turn specifications, wireframes and user research into strong visual signature and UX that transforms work for our end-user
- Create design concepts, storyboards, wireframes, mocks and prototypes to present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
- Modify and revise an existing design to meet customer expectations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiar with product design tools like adobe Xd, photoshop, Illustrator & sketch
- A strong sense of curiosity and a passion for learning and problem solving
- Create prototypes and able to test usability
- Work in design systems
- Should have worked in an Agile environment before
- Strong background in graphic design, composition, typography, color with best practices is a plus, with a belief in innovation and consistency
- Excellent communication skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor in related field
- Relevant work experience (minimum 4 Years) as a product designer is preferred
- Knowledge of US insurance industry is plus
