Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team at Sursa Technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and data visualization, with expertise in Power BI and other data-related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop effective reporting solutions.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing systems for structured data storage and retrieval.
- Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful insights through data analytics.
- Create visually compelling data visualizations to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with data scientists and other teams to support business intelligence initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Senior BI and Data Engineer with proven experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience in data analytics and understanding data science concepts.
- Ability to create clear and effective data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Power BI or related tools is a plus.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data visualization.
