Job Description:
As a Senior PHP Software Developer at Midas Education Pvt.Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business goals and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development, particularly with Code Igniter and Laravel frameworks, and a strong background in creating and optimizing database-driven applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Development Projects:
- Take a lead role in the design and implementation of web applications using PHP, Code Igniter, Laravel, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
- System Architecture and Design:
- Design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions for new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application code and database queries.
- Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.
- Database Management:
