Job Description:
We are looking for a “Senior PHP Developer” responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Resopnsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug and support web applications and their infrastructure.
- Produce materials to support technical documentations, including code documentations.
- Create technical design documents from business and technical requirements, and describe levels of effort involved.
- Understand the dynamics and practices in working with a development environment versus a production environment.
- Must have an acute awareness for security and breaches in the application development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of PHP and web frameworks such as Laravel, MySQL, jQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS is a must.
- Experience in ReactJs, VueJs is a plus.
- Understanding of the full synchronous behaviour of PHP, MVC design patterns.
- Knowledge of web servers such as Apache, and Nginx.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Understanding of machine interface technologies like XML, JSON and REST API’s.
- Version control (git).
- Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
- Ability to take up R&D activities and resolve complex problems, work independently.
- Good communication & strong analytical skills.
- Have a strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1 Advanced).
Education + Experience:
- 6-7 years of experience in the related field.
- At least two years of experience in the Senior PHP Developer.
