Job Description:
As a Senior PHP Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications and systems using PHP. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of developers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that meet the business needs. Your expertise in PHP, web development frameworks, and best practices will contribute to the success of our projects and the growth of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex web applications and backend systems using PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the developed applications.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use, adhering to RESTful principles.
- Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a track record of successful projects and team leadership.
