Job Description:
SAHAS Nepal is looking the potential young and energetic candidates who are committed to work with excluded segment of society for the following positions of various projects:
Position Senior Partnership Facilitator and Partnership Facilitator
Project and District: Local Initiative for Food Security Transformation Project in South Lalitpur District and Enhancing Livelihood through Local Effort Project in Tanahun District
Required number: 2
Summery of Job: The Senior Partnership Facilitator and Partnership Facilitator are responsible to assist Local Partner, Community-Based Network Organisations in planning, implementation, monitoring of the project and reporting to CBNO Capacity Building Manager and Project Coordinator. She/he will assist the partner in networking and linkage with Local Government and development actors for collaboration and access to resources.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 2 years experiences in social mobilization, group formation, capacity building for group, local organisation and institution. She/he will enjoy travelling rural areas and enhancing capacity of grassroots organisation must be and value added.
Education + Experience:
- Intermediate level or 10+ 2 in Development studies and Rural Sociology and Social Work
