Job Description:
- Understand Business Cases and scope of work
- Carryout Feasibility Study of Product
- Identify Stakeholders
- Extract the business requirements
- Analyze, organize, and document requirements.
- Maintain requirements by creating Use-cases, RTM, BRD, SRS, and other documents as per company's policy.
- Establish and maintain communication with different stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with System analyst, Project lead, System Leads and other stakeholders as per project planning to prepare project design.
- Assist analyzing project's scope, constraints and assumptions.
- Assist in preparation of other planning documents such as risk management
- Perform Gap analysis based on requirement specification and TOR against designed system
- Provide necessary Documents as per company's policy to development team.
- Clarify doubts, concerns during system development via additional meetings, notes and or with documentations.
- Discuss and prioritize project backlogs.
- Discuss with project leads, development leads to clarify doubts in backlog.
- Assist QA team to develop test cases.
- Participate in Demo session of Internal UAT and provide necessary feedbacks to QA and development team.
- Lead/Assist External UAT and record feedbacks. Co-ordinate with system analysts and other stakeholders to achieve changes in requirement.
- Gain acceptance/approval of the deliverables from the client.
- Explain the change requests to the development team through change request.
- Participate and assist project manager/lead on closing documentations
- Participate and Assist project manager/lead on project acceptance documentations
- Communicate with clients for feature changes, upgrades
- Manage and handle a team
