Job Description:
- With proper idea on hierarchy of dealer to retailer network
- Must be able to carter with market requirements and sentiments
- Able to come up with market plans according to requirement and location specific nature
- Able to handle sub-ordinates, make them part of the team and contribute to the all round growth of the team
- Provide clear and timely instructions for his marketing team and come up with reports
- Provide daily reports to the company on behalf of his/her marketing team
- Able to handle mass social gatherings along with presentation skills
- Must be sales driven and able to make note of the timely targets accordingly
- Must possess good speaking and persuading skills
