Job Description:
- Responsible for overall HR & Administration function of the organization
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The candidate should be qualified human resources professional with a relevant (Minimum of graduate) degree
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resource management position is required
- Experience in Service and Manufacturing Areas will be preferred
- Candidates will need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Must be able to apply professional maturity and strategic thinking
- Learning Attitude, Hungry to perform and make positive impact, Team Player, Honesty with high degree of Integrity
