Exciting Stuff you'll be doing: 

• Manage & monitor the work of the marketing team including:
  •  Content writing / SEO (primary responsibility)
  •  Advertising (Adwords / Facebook)
  •  Website calculators
  •  Newsletter to clients
  •  Creating other content as required
• Manage the HLE brand(s)
• Work with the Recruitment team to hire to fill any skill gaps in the team
• Work with senior management and consultants to decide on the marketing strategy
• Develop & execute on the marketing strategy
• Generate high quality leads for the mortgage broking division
• Report to senior management about your results
• Stay up to date with changes in:
  •  Digital marketing
  •  Australian mortgage industry

We’re looking for someone to lead our growing marketing team and work on several exciting projects to help us evolve into a FinTech.  We are looking for someone who not only has significant digital marketing experience (you will have worked on effective and innovative digital campaigns for 10+ years) but who is also an amazing leader.  Our focus is on SEO however we also do digital advertising, retargeting, email marketing, social, and technology projects. You will be able to utilize your expertise to help grow HLE’s marketing team from 8 to 20 people, as well as using your leadership expertise to be an amazing coach for your team, and ultimately build the capability of the entire marketing department.

Who you are:

Team Management experience
