Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. PHP developer to lead our SaaS platform development in a Fleet Management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Improving and developing integral services that supports the platforms and products
- Taking responsibility for the services that you and the team builds
- Keeping up to date with related tools, technologies and trends of PHP development
- Work closely with the architects and product managers to build scalable, high-performance, future-proof services.
- Collaborating with other PHP engineers, Frontend developers, BA and QAs as a valuable member of a cross-functional development team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comfortable to dive into other technologies and language as needed
- Understanding of Scalability and Microservices
- AWS infrastructure experience + experience in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with REST APIs, both from provider and client perspective
- A keen eye on optimizing web app performance
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation with an agile mindset (JIRA, Sprints, Scrums) and team-play focus ● Maintain coding standard
- Ability to understand product vision and empathize with the client business; ability to plan resources and schedules
- Ability to supervise, delegate & empower team members; ability to persuade, motivate, inspire and mentor team members;
Education + Experience:
- 5+ years of commercial PHP development experience working on larger applications
