Job Description:
- Configure, maintain and support CRM systems, as well as enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint.
- Develop Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel spreadsheets to support business requirements.
- Work with business users to gather and document requirements for system changes, enhancements, and modifications.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system changes meet business requirements and function properly.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data integrity.
- Provide technical expertise to support business initiatives and projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expert level knowledge in Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel, with the ability to read and interpret existing Excel formulas and re-write new ones.
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to read, write and execute SQL queries.
- Experience in system testing and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
