Job Description:
- Gathering and evaluating user and stakeholder input on business needs
- Prioritizing requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Help the BA team, the tech team, and the project management team with the planning and prioritization of the concern module's enhancement, development, and release.
- Creating and documenting functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze, coordinate, and finalize the functionality/module/business project's requirements.
- Communicate with the clients throughout the project development and provide them with timely updates
- Generate queries in case there is any confusion in understanding the project
- Discuss any technical challenges that might come affront while working on the project
- Create test cases, compare them to software outputs, and document and communicate any anomalies to the reporting officer.
- Take ownership of the project from planning to the delivery of the project
- Assist in creating software documentation such as test plans, functional reports, system design reports, and training guides.
- Be easily approachable and flexible in work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Experience in business analysis or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira)
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Strong documentation skills.
- Should be able to work in night shift
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent in relevant stream
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in software development
