Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Department/Unit: Planning
Reporting to: Associate Team Lead
Coordination with: Technical Team, HR and Admin
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently performs analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve most complex problems.
- Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete.
- Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverable.
- Conducts impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
- Contributes and review of Test Planning and Test Execution strategies.
- Develops business workflow diagrams, data models and interface design specifications
- Participates in collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources.
- Guides and advises less-experienced Business Analysts by conducting team training, workshops
- Conducts interviews, fact-finding, and independent research to design creative, progressive IT solutions for business problems.
- Support the management of the business analyst team, listening to different members’ recommendations and taking measures to maximize the efficacy of the analytical team.
Education + Experience:
- Should have a bachelors degree in relavent field
