Job Description:
- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology
- Guides and coaches the scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques responsible for ensuring scrum is understood
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective knowledge on JIRA for scrum management, defect tracking reporting etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Agile/JIRA/Confluence extensive Experience
- Strong experience in work across multiple technical teams to develop Freestyle solutions
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and good practices.
- Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams.
Education + Experience:
- At least 1+ years of experience as scrum master and 3+ years in software Industry
