Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
- Development: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.
- Configuration: Customize Salesforce using point-and-click tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes.
- Data Management: Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and data quality assurance.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or external APIs, using REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.
- Testing: Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Deployment: Deploy changes and enhancements from sandbox environments to production, following best practices for version control and change management.
- Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and configurations.
- Training: Train end-users and colleagues on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and management.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Education + Experience:
- With Prior experience of 2+ years
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
