The Job
As a Salesforce Consultant/Manager, you will have the primary responsibility of ensuring the health and operations of LogPoint's Salesforce solution. You will be proposing and implementing new initiatives to support business needs and solve inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class solutions on our Salesforce platform that are intuitive for the end-user and easy to maintain
- Automating repetitive tasks
- Know that the best solution is a good user experience
- Manage daily support and maintenance tasks
- Design and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, workflows, processes, user creations, and CPQ configurations as needed
- Provide training for users when necessary
- Thrive working behind the scenes to keep everything up and running
- Manage daily support and requests from end-users
- Design and manage data integration between Salesforce and other applications
Professional Qualifications
- Certified within Administrator, Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to administrate user permissions and making layout adjustments
- Sees opportunities for optimization, integration, redesign, or development
- Experience working within an international team considered an advantage
- Knows the importance of having high data quality
- Fluently in English

Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
