Job Description:

We are seeking a result driven individual for the position of Sales Representative for our ecommerce Company. The primary responsibility for the role is to promote Company’s sales through excellent customer service and also to manage and coordinate Vendors account in Adezon platform. The sales representative should be able to promptly guide and respond the customers (Buyers and Sellers both) and make sure that the customers have maximum satisfaction with the Company services. The ideal candidate will be able to understand a prospective client needs and offer an ideal solution. Ultimately, the duty of sales representative is to achieve customer service, while consistently meeting the sales goals as well.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • To manage Vendor Accounts on Adezon Platform.
  • Guide, assist and handle the queries of Vendors to use Adezon account.
  • Educate Vendors about the promotional activities.
  • Handle Social media platforms for sales-oriented services.
  • Interacting with customers and assisting them in their purchasing process.
  • Suggesting new products to customers that are based on their preferences.
  • Building customer loyalty by proactively assisting customers.
  • Asses orders received and redirect it to fulfillment cycle.
  • Ensure the required process is complaint before sending it to fulfillment procedure.
  • Remain updated about the products that we offer and provide required information to customers.
  • Manage return and refund policy.
  • Team up with co-workers to maintain effective customer service.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
  • Must be detail-oriented and motivated to work in a team.
  • Working knowledge of MS office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication skills.

Education + Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, sales representative or in similar role.
