Job Description:
Katha Nepal is onboarding motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our growing team. The Sales officers would be responsible for calling prospective customers, pitching our products, and guiding them until the sales deal is cracked. We are seeking candidates who are persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate cold and warm calls & visits to prospective leads, current clients and new clients
- Maintain customer relationships in an effort to increase customer base
- Support in developing strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints/feedback, status reports, contracts thoroughly for review
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven, results-driven and target-driven attitude
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Expert in time management
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly sales quotas
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management
- Two years of experience in sales (experience in media sales is preferable)
