Job Description:
No. of Vacancies: 7 (1 each in every province)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that the sales targets are met
- Supervise the sales process by following up on orders, deliveries and collections.
- Ensure that payment and collection of receivables is done in a timely.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on the budget requirements and limits.
- Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
- Must be dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter supervisor to lead our team of Sales to achieve all sales and operational targets.
- Candidates must have proven sales record in cosmetics industry.
- Need own planning to make new channel of distribution.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have experience in cosmetic /retail/fmcg industry.
- Proven retail sales/supervising retail sales experience must be within cosmetics.
- Previous business planning experience including setting sales targets, as well as sales analysis .
Education + Experience:
- Must have bachelor degree in related field.
