Designation: Sales Officer - Online
Major Roles:
- Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling and e-mailing about company's offerings
- Follow up on Internet leads and convert the leads into actual sales.
- Communicate with regular customers through phone, e-mails, chats
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
