Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales & marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Assist in sales & marketing, advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations
- Help distribute sales & marketing materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize sales & marketing events
- Generate leads and build excellent rapport with corporate clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different sales & marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
- Passion for the sales & marketing industry and its best practices
Education + Experience:
- 1+ work experience in Sales and Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
