Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for developing and implementing successful sales strategies. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from team management to customer acquisition and retention, ensuring the company meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in HRIS, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tech Products, CRM Software, HRIS Software, LMS, Project Management, ERP Software.
  • At least Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms.

Education + Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
