Job Description:
Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division
Designation: Sales Manager - Inst. & Distribution
Major Roles:
- Identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional clients, drives client's engagement and closes sales deals.
- Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.
- Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in institutional channels.
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years in managerial role & total of 7 years experience in sales
Education + Experience:
- MBA-Marketing/ consumer Behaviour/ Brand Management/ Retail Management
