Job Description:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities for resort through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
- Conduct progressive sales call and meet the monthly target
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or clients and share with internal teams.
- Identify the traits of the ideal customer and seek to find others with the same traits
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Nepali.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ladies preferred.
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor's Degree
