Job Description: Handling recovery/ collection of credit sales
Age: 28-35
Duites and responsibilities
- Make Calls to Clients
- negotiate payment plans and payment schedules that suit their current financial situation while still satisfying the debt
- advise customers on their various payment options
- maintaining customer files updated, recording times and dates the contact
- preparing statements to be given to credit departments and banks when customers fail to meet their payment agreements
- writing letters to customers to inform them of their debtsanswer incoming calls from customers and other individuals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills and qualifications
- excellent communication and people skills
- persuasive techniques to collect overdue debts from customers
- take accurate and informative notes for client records and follow proper company procedures for debt collection
- basic software knowledge with good computer skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Experience: Atleast 2 yrs of experience in recovery/ collection of institutional credit sales.
Benefits:
Salary range: 35-50K (depends upon experience)
