Job Description:
- To lead, manage and improve operations for all Hubs within the designated area/region to make last mile the best one in terms of both cost and service quality.
- Formulate and take overall ownership of Hub Operation’s overall developmental strategies.
- Create and lead the execution of key initiatives that will improve the performance.
- Streamline policies, standard operating procedures, and high-level processes of Hub Operations.
- Take responsibility of reporting on budgets, manpower, costing in line with Daraz requirements in line with growth projections.
- Ensure standardization in implementation of the best processes for most efficient operating practices.
- Be a focal point for innovation, through idea collection in collaboration.
- Provide recommendations for logistics-related initiatives and tools that will assist further improvements in logistics performance
