Job Description:
- Co-ordinate between Client for pre and post recruitment processes
- Understanding of business, job market, and job positions
- Inform the identified candidates regarding the interview schedule
- Get feedback from the client and candidates respectively after the interview
- Maintain proper records of data and documentation
- Involvement in Invoice process and payment follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database
- Prepare and post job ads online
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good knowledge and experience of recruitment sourcing platforms and social media marketing
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and multi-tasking ability
- Great attention to detail and Problem-solving ability
- Superb Computer skills in utilizing MS Office Suite, Internet, Email
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
