Job Description:
Visit customer’s site to gather requisite information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
Complete documentation process of customers as stated by Credit Policy
Understand member/client treatment plans and prescribed interventions.
Effectively deliver and document interventions as prescribed.
Partner with members and assist them in becoming progressively less dependent on staff to pursue their recovery process.
Maintain healthy relationships with members, always respecting appropriate boundaries.
Submit documentation to meet service delivery deadlines.
Obtain credit report from concerned department for further processing
Liaise between the organization and client for better relation and output
Provide prior reminders to all customers for regular installment/payments
Rigorous follow up of regularly defaulted customers to regularize installments/payments
Under immediate supervision, performs general assignments of work, with periodic check of performance by supervisor
Perform all duties as may be assigned by supervisor(s).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
At least 2 year of experience in similar field
Physically and mentally strong personality
Ability to read and understand documents (Policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals)
Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.
Good knowledge of computer and reporting skills
Good communication, time management and persuasion skills
Critical and analytical way of thinking for the best way possible for recovery
Must have two wheeler with valid license
