The Receptionist is the face of the organization and should keep oneself presentable and smart. The work environment should be clean, properly maintained and flawless.
Greeting Parents, Students and Visitors with an enthusiasm and helpful attitude.
Answering phones calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges, visitors’ passes as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Performing administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mails.
Providing excellent customer service.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Should have pleasant personality
Should have computer knowledge
Able to work under pressure
Education + Experience
Bachelor running or completed in any discipline.
1 year of experience in Hospitality Industry holding similar positions.
