Job Description:
- Taking responsibility of the front desk department and office as a whole
- Preparing daily reports
- Receiving the visitors at front desk
- Maintaining tidiness of office equipment and workplace
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have pleasing personality with a positive attitude
- Must be proficient in English and Nepali Language (Spoken & Written)
- Should have ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area
- Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
- Responsible for dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- To greet the visitors with smile and guide them properly
- Should have basic computer knowledge
Education + Experience:
- Should have completed +2 Level
