Job Description:

The Receptionist is the face of the organization and should keep oneself presentable and smart. The work environment should be clean, properly maintained and flawless.

  • Greeting Parents, Students and Visitors with an enthusiasm and helpful attitude.
  • Answering phones calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges, visitors’ passes as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Performing administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mails.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Should have pleasant personality
  • Should have computer knowledge
  • Able to work under pressure

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor running or completed in any discipline.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the related field.
