Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented quality assurance specialist to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Manually testing each test case to ensure the quality of our applications.
- Quality Assurance background, including functional, integration, and regression testing, smoke testing including the ability to write manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Troubleshooting customer support tickets, helping to fix the customer’s problem, and/ or opening new bug tickets for developers to fix.
- Be involved in all phases of the agile software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
- Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and suggest solutions to minimize problems
- Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure the timely delivery of the projects

- Verify that the final product meets and requirements
- Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments, standards, and regulation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good understanding of test methodologies, best practices, and terminology.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of test automation is preferred.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering (BIT, BSC, CSIT, BIM, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience
