Job Description:

  • Ensure company-wide alignment to the Knowledge Management Software Validation Process and initiatives, and work closely with key business users and stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to validate various in-house and enterprise software such as, but not limited to, our Learning Management System (LMS), Quality Management System (QMS), Digital Asset Management System (DAM), and various software used during product design & development.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications.
  • Coordinate and lead regular awareness campaigns and workshops with business on Validation Process, System Validation, QARA Regulations and Standards applied.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Management quality documents like SOPs, Forms, Templates, Work Instructions.
  • Perform routine data backups, inspections, and quality tests.
  • Perform manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects, and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Support stakeholders from all departments in software periodic reviews, follow- up, creating strategies and policies to ensure all systems are maintained in their validated state.
  • Analysis and documentation of test scenarios and test cases.
  • Automation testing platforms (e.g., Bamboo, IBM Rational Test, HP ALM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging trends in quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of quality aassurance processes into the software development lifecycle.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Solid knowledge of bug tracking systems and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
