Job Description:
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Understand the business logic of existing projects and flow the same in team members
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Develop document and maintain Manual/Automated test scripts, test cases, test data, defect tracking, and reports
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Participate in the review of standards, procedures, tools, and process
- Assist project leaders in solving QA issues
- Involved in mentoring and guiding the QA team
- Manage and lead small size test teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Hands-on API testing
- Test cases design and an Understanding of Non Functional testing and used to it.
- Good analytical skills
- Debugging skills required
Education + Experience:
- Should have at least 3 years of software testing experience
