Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing Django-based CMS and API solutions. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in FastAPI for building efficient and scalable APIs. A background in data pipelining and data engineering will be highly advantageous as our projects often involve managing and processing large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs with Django Rest Framework and FastAPI.
- Work on CMS customization, plugin development, and content management solutions using Django.
- Implement data pipeline and data processing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various data sources.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance application quality.
- Keep abreast with the latest technology trends and best practices in Python development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Extensive experience with Django framework and Django CMS.
- Experience in developing APIs using FastAPI.
- Understanding of data pipelining, data modeling, and data engineering principles.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- 4-6 hours per day.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
