Job Description:
Responsible for performing a wide range of activities which includes but is not limited to preparing and processing requisitions, updating the stock books, ensuring the supplies received are as per the purchase order in terms of the quality and quantity. Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Purchase Manager to ensure smooth operation of the department.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment

Prepare Purchase Requisition Forms (PRF) to get approval for certain equipment

Prepare and update inventory records on a daily basis to ensure accurate inventory management
-
Provide weekly report regarding inventory changes to the Purchase and Store Manager on every Friday
-
Check the supplies received for quality and quantity
-
File paper documents regarding supplies received including receipts and requisition forms
-
Perform general and specific clerical functions including answering telephones, responding to inquiries of staff and administration regarding purchasing procedures for the purpose of providing information, copying, faxing, etc

Maintain supplier catalogue library, records of all supplier contracts

Perform additional duties if required by the Management
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor Degree from Recognized University
