Job Description:
Position Junior Assistant/ Assistant
Major Area of Operation: PR and Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates telecommunication system by following organizational policies and instruction
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains security and telecommunication system
- Inform visitors by answering and or referring queries
- Closely work with marketing team
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external team
- Build and maintain relationship with sales/marketing team of banks and different organizations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command in English- writing and speaking
- Efficient working skills in MS Office & Nepali typing
- Outstanding organisation/time management
Education + Experience:
- At least 1 years of experience as a PR assistance in position of Junior Assistant
- BBS/BBA- completed (specialized in marketing are encouraged to apply)
