Job Description:
Work location: Narephat, Koteshwor
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm (1 hr Break)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, track and report project schedule, effort, and cost using best practices and guidelines.
- Lead and manage cross-functional, matrixed project teams in day-to-day activities necessary for successful completion of the project.
- Coordinate and participate in all stages of project development including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
- Responsible for overseeing systems projects of significant complexity, cost, internal and external staffing, and including software and hardware.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to team members and senior leadership management.
Requirements:
- PMP/Scrum Master certifications preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepalese. Should be fluent in client communication.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Ability to report project status to executive-level stakeholders.
- Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations, as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills.
Education + Experience:
- 5+ years in IT with minimum 2 years in Project Management
- Bachelor in Engineering/IT and/or MBA degree with at least 2 years of experience in leading and executing projects.
