Job Description:
- Understand requirements or coordinate development and documentation of requirements.
- Coordinate with software team to develop project plans and identify required resources.
- Manage schedule, resources and development processes during project execution.
- Identify risks and come up with risk mitigation plans.
- Provide daily or weekly reports to all stakeholders.
- Become a conduit of effective communication among team members and all stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of experience with software project management.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development process.
- 1-2 years of software development experience.
- Strong familiarity with software development processes.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, with a strong desire to learn project management techniques.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
