Job Description:

The Project Manager will offer project management and execution during the implementation process of the clients, both at the start and throughout the implementation experience. The Project Manager will communicate with the clients to define the requirements, and collaborate with the internal staff to ensure the smooth running of the project to deliver the results on time and on budget. The Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring that resources are efficiently deployed. They will devise an implementation strategy, which will include outlining the activities that must be accomplished in order prepare staff for the new resources

Job Description:

  • Need to understand, analyze and comprehend the client’s business workflow and their requirements.
  • Need to effectively utilize the existing implementation system and processes. 
  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Establish the scope, requirements, and key results by working closely with the internal team and the clients.
  • Timely communication with the external clients and internal teams regarding any bottlenecks, risks and the expected outcome
  • Focus on the solutions during any process or system changes to minimize the difficulty for the clients.
  • Manage the project budget accompanying overall budget accountability, giving the project stakeholders and the clients with frequent updates and reporting.
  • Understand the risks associated with the projects, develop the potential plans to mitigate the potential issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required Skills:

  • Must be capable of working with different departments and groups of staff so teamwork skills are important.
  • Communication skills are also important because they are responsible for ensuring that relevant information is conveyed to the right staff.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a results-oriented environment, continuing to deliver quality service and consistently meet deadlines 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and explain technical information to non-technical people 

Education + Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience, with more than 3 years’ experience in project Management and in leadership roles 
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, or equivalent work experience, MBA is a plus
